Esteban Pedroza was raised in a family that loves the water near the Jersey Shore. Since he was 8 he has been sailing on the Navesink and now goes to the Marine Academy of Science and Technology for high school. He attended the Oakcliff Fall Semester where he gained experience in 49ers, Nacra 17s, and Wazsps. He has also competed in local dingy events, and is always looking to crew on almost any boat. He has a strong interest and lots of experience in mechanical engineering and is currently restoring two motorcycles from the 70s.
